Michele Ramsay, Ed.D.
Dr. Michele Ramsay has over two decades of educational experience and has risen through the ranks from classroom teacher to school administrator. She has extensive experience in the field of autism and learning differences including curriculum and program development. Dr, Ramsay has been published numerous articles and co-authored a book, and presented at numerous conferences throughout the United States sharing her knowledge and expertise.
Kim joined the office administration field at CIP Brevard in 2007 and as the Office Manager since 2018 and manages the day-to-day office needs. Kim graduated from Eastern Florida State College in 2008 with her general associate’s degree and 2012 with an associate’s in paralegal studies with a desire to pursue a career in the legal field and later completed her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a focus on adult advocacy from Southern New Hampshire University.
Lori Stottler has worked in the mental health counseling field since 2014. Lori specialized in trauma work in a community counseling setting. Her work there gave her experience with many different types of clients and varied mental health diagnoses.
Stacey earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Florida and holds a Registered Nursing license. She has experience in Child/Adolescent Psychiatric nursing, education, pharmaceutical sales, caring for and working with individuals and their families in the management of chronic illnesses.
Jessica has worked as part of the CIP team since 2015 first in the role of admissions coordinator and now as the graduated living coordinator and student advisor. As the graduated living community coordinator at CIP, Jessica works with the graduated CIP students providing higher level skill development and individualized assistance by preparing the graduated students for the next level of independence in employment, college academics, social/interpersonal development, and beyond.
Pierece Wade is a dynamic and engaging Life Skills Coach. He grew up in Brevard County, just minutes away from Cocoa Beach. He graduated in 2003 from Cocoa High School. He attended Mesabi Range Technical & Community College in Virginia, Minnesota. There he played NJCAA football representing the Norsemen.
Carlos has worked with youth and young adults for over 30 years; he was first introduced to working with adolescents while he served in the Marine Corps and assisted with a program called Devil Pups. This experience not only sparked Carlo's interest in working with young adults, it also provided him with the initial knowledge and skills to gain employment with the Connecticut Department of Children and Families Services.
Jasmin has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for the past 13 years, teaching students on the autism spectrum from 3 to 18 years of age with varying abilities and joins CIP Brevard as the Social Skills Coordinator. Throughout her career, she found the most joy working with students in transition classrooms, helping them realize their full potential and preparing them for success in neurotypical academic settings. As the Social Skills Coordinator, Jasmin works closely with all department heads and student advisors to ensure the success of every student across all services provided by CIP.
Shayna has worked in the field of behavioral health and case management for over 15 years and joined CIP in July of 2019 as a Student Advisor. She has experience with all types of individuals of varying ages but specializes in assisting children, young adults, and students with special needs and their families. Shayna previously found success in providing different services to these individuals in a variety of settings. Services Shayna has provided include intense case oversight, behavior support, individual and group therapy, formal and informal assessment, vocational training, admissions, and advisement.
Diana has worked in the field of autism since 2019 as a Registered Behavioral Technician and Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist. She previously found success working with children birth to three with developmental delays and providing their families with information, skills and support related to enhancing their child's development. As a Student Advisor at CIP, Diana helps guide young adults by facilitating weekly goal setting to foster growth, self awareness, self advocacy and provide support in banking and budgeting.
Sydney has worked in the field of autism for 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician through Applied Behavior Analysis. She found recent success working with the younger population that had limited vocals or were non verbal. Sydney enjoyed working with clients with high intensity behaviors and implementing meditation and self de-escalation tactics.
Anthony Milla has 14 years of experience in the Autism field and has been with CIP since 2011, currently the Life Skills and Wellness Coordinator at CIP Brevard. During his time at CIP Anthony has had the opportunity to maintain open communication with other CIP centers, to train and develop projects to ensure we are using the most efficient and effective procedures to help our students gain independence. Anthony also has 7 years of experience planning and leading trips abroad with CIP during our Global Engagement program
Ryan has more than twelve years of experience in the field of education and has been with CIP since 2008 as the Academic Coordinator at CIP Brevard. Ryan regularly conducts national training and delivers public presentations on a variety of topics including Preparing for College and Development of Executive Functions in person and through webinars hosted by CIP.
