Brandie Busse, B.A., CAS

Brandie is a certified autism specialist with over a decade and a half of experience in autism and related learning differences. In her role as a National Enrollment Specialist at CIP, she draws from her extensive background, having worked as a Behavior Analyst, Assistant Clinical Director, and Director at various institutions, including both private and public schools and autism clinics. Brandie has provided a wide range of services to children and young adults on the spectrum and their families. Additionally, she has facilitated ongoing training for parents and staff, organized community fundraising events, and coached the Youth Special Olympics.

In these roles, she successfully collaborated with parents and students, providing them with the necessary tools and support to develop essential life skills for confidently navigating school, work, and independent living. She also found immense fulfillment in helping students cultivate appropriate social skills, enabling them to maintain healthy relationships and thrive in their homes and communities.

As a National Enrollment Specialist at CIP, Brandie assists parents and students throughout the admissions process, ensuring excellent and consistent communication. Her goal is to bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood by educating and guiding families through this exciting life transition.

Brandie holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Development from an accredited university and has completed over a year of master ‘s-level coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of West Florida. Outside of work, Brandie leads an active lifestyle, spending her time at the gym, biking on trails, soaking up the sun, kayaking, and boating with her dog, or enjoying a good book.
