Individualized instruction is provided in meal planning, food preparation, clean up, laundry, apartment maintenance, executive functioning and leisure skills. As skills improve, you can demonstrate the need for less supervision in each area, and take a step toward greater independence.
CIP students reside in fully furnished student housing conveniently located close to CIP’s main offices and one another. Students have one to three roommates depending on their housing. Each student has their own bedroom and a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Develop key competencies in areas such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning, laundry, and the organizational skills to support your success. CIP’s comprehensive transition programs provide independent livings support for young adults with autism, ADHD, and learning differences.
