Norell Montgomery has worked in the field of education and development for 8 years as a teacher and coordinator. She previously found success working with school-aged youth leading an EXLP program in Oakland, CA.
As an Academic Coordinator at CIP Norell helps students achieve their academic goals through working closely with our coaches to understand and create personalized plans of student education, building strengths, and understanding perceived areas of improvement. Norell has earned her Master of Art in Psychology from Northcentral University in Scottsdale Arizona and holds a B.A. in Mass Communications.
When she’s not working closely with students on their academic goals, you can find her hiking, reading a good book, or trying out whatever new creative outlet that ha caught her attention!
