Eric has worked in the field of autism and mental health services since 2015 in various fields and organizations. He previously worked with children in residential treatment faculties as well as social work around Brevard County.

For over 10 years, Marcie has supported neurodivergent individuals, from young adults to senior citizens, in learning and applying independent living skills, job support, social skills, and budgeting.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education from the University of Central Florida. She joined the CIP team as Academic Coordinator in 2008, where she continues to apply her extensive skills and knowledge while embracing opportunities for ongoing learning.
