Sydney Green, B.A. RBT

Sydney has worked in the field of autism for 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician through Applied Behavior Analysis. She found recent success working with the younger population that had limited vocals or were non verbal. Sydney enjoyed working with clients with high intensity behaviors and implementing meditation and self de-escalation tactics. During this time she focused on increasing their self advocacy and finding ways for them to successfully communicate.

As a student advisor at CIP, Sydney helps students with their financial budget, alleviating conflict, and helping them on the continuum of growth by conducting weekly meetings that encourage them to independence. She works closely on an individual level, with the parents, and other CIP staff to ensure a full encompassing experience.  Sydney has earned a Bachelors of Science from Ball State University in Psychology and Anthropology.

When Sydney is not working she enjoys hiking or kayaking with her dog, partaking in yoga classes or challenging herself with new work out adventures.
