Anthony Milla

Anthony Milla has 14 years of experience in the Autism field and has been with CIP since 2011. He currently serves as the Life Skills and Wellness Coordinator at CIP Brevard.

During his time at CIP, Anthony has been a Lead Coordinator, allowing the opportunity to coordinate with other CIP centers to train staff and develop more efficient and effective procedures focused on helping students gain greater levels of independence. Anthony also has been a CIP Global Engagement Trip Coordinator, planning and leading all center student trips abroad annually. These trips help students step out of their comfort zones while using their social skills in new settings.

Anthony studied Psychology at Ohio State University. He worked at a behavioral health program in Florida where he was a floor supervisor, hiring manager, and physical management and verbal de-escalation trainer.

Anthony worked on several dual diagnosis units with children that had autism and behavioral disorders. He was also an IFPA certified personal trainer for 6 years and ran a sport-specific training program for high school and college athletes.

When he is not assisting the students in reaching their greatest level of independence, Anthony is an assistant Jiujitsu instructor and enjoys being active.
