Jessica joined the CIP team in 2015 first in the role of Admissions Coordinator and has since supported CIP-Brevard in various capacities including Graduate Living Community Coordinator, Student Advisor, Brevard Summer Program Coordinator, and as a Student Support Specialist. During her time with CIP, Jessica has worked tirelessly to cultivate a culture that embraces growth, respect, teamwork, and community – a direct reflection of CIP-Core Values.

In her role as Program Director, Jessica manages the day-to-day operations of the Brevard Center. She is responsible for supporting program delivery and service quality at the center and works to ensure that all student and family support are of the highest quality. She collaborates with each department, helping students, staff, and families experience positive outcomes through attention to quality delivery, communication, compassionate human service, and creative strategies for engagement.

Jessica has earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University in Melbourne, Florida. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She has presented parent and professional workshops on post-secondary transition supports for organizations such as ASPEN, UM-NSU CARD, VISIONS Conferences, and many more. Jessica served as the event organizer for CIP Convocations, Parent Weekends, Experience Days, and numerous Panel and Workshop opportunities. Jessica received the Staff of the Year Award in 2017. Jessica has taken great joy in creating lasting relationships and having the opportunity to play a part in the independent journeys of each young adult that have graced the hallways of CIP-Brevard.

When Jessica is not spending her time with the CIP team, she can be found enjoying life with her two young sons and husband. They can be found either rock-climbing at their local indoor climbing gym or surfing the beautiful waves of the Florida coast. She also has a passion for traveling the world and getting the chance to experience the diverse cultures that the world has to offer.
