Bri Shaffer-Eldridge, B.A.

Bri has worked in the field of academic support for three years as a Peer Academic Coach and has now transitioned into an Academic Coach role. She has spent years supporting students in building academic confidence through learning time management, planning and prioritizing, organization, and communication skills through one-on-one coaching. She previously found success working with a student population of mostly freshman and transfer students who were at risk of failing their classes or dropping out of university.

As an Academic Coach at CIP, Bri helps bolster academic confidence in students to ensure their success by continually committing to one-on-one coaching sessions with students and supporting them with individual plans based on their needs. Bri has earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from California State University, East Bay in Hayward, CA.

When she’s not talking with students, you can find her walking around outside playing Pokémon GO and trying to catch shinies!
