Lily Sears, B.A.

Since graduating from Gonzaga University, Washington, with a double major in Classics and Philosophy, Lily Sears has worked for over seven years with underserved and neurodiverse people. She started as a Recovery Coach with Centerstone of Indiana and then continued her career as a Case Manager for an Indiana Agency on Aging. Altogether, she has a trauma-informed and person-centered background from both roles that she now brings to CIP.

As a Student Advisor at CIP Bloomington, Lily leverages her professional and personal experiences to support students and their families in achieving their academic and personal goals. She will assist students with banking and budgeting needs, as well as practical and realistic executive functioning problem-solving. Lily hopes to facilitate and model open communication with students and their families as they all walk their journeys together.

When not at CIP, Lily enjoys working on craft projects at home, especially with embroidery and other fabric arts. She is also an avid videogame enthusiast and can be found passing time researching lore and facts about her favorite fantasy and sci-fi series. She lives with her elderly cat, Zoey, and young ball python, Marcus Aurelius.
