Taylor Kielman, B.A.

Taylor Kielman has worked in the field of student affairs since 2019, with experience in supporting a diverse array of students in both academics and student life. Her roles have included resident assistant, writing center consultant, teaching assistant, and residential community director. She previously found success working for a variety of higher education institutions, including UCLA and CSU Northridge, where she supported the development and adjustment of first-year student communities, facilitated inclusive social events and life skills workshops, and provided mentorship to student leaders.

As a Student Support Specialist at CIP, Taylor helps students with learning differences develop essential life skills and promote their independence through personalized education on topics like cleaning, cooking, executive functioning, and overall wellness. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs with minors in Chinese and Asian Studies from Transylvania University in Lexington, Kentucky.

When she’s not supporting CIP students, you can find Taylor spending time with her cats, Lilo and Stitch, and her dog, Oliver. She also loves playing video games, watching anime, and golfing.
