Michael Noel, M.Ed.

Michael has worked in Management and Administration for more than 15 years within Human / Social Services and Higher Education, serving those in need of alternative support. He started his work with CIP in July 2015 as the Program Director for the Long Beach center. He was promoted to Regional Director in 2016 and then to Director of Program Operations in 2019.

His success at CIP comes from a strong background in Organizational Development, Assessment, and Training. His vast experience in Mental Health and Higher Education as Director and Dean has provided him with a wide range of skills to support CIP students, families, and staff.

As a Director of Program Operations, Michael supports the centers through his leadership in staff recruitment and development, as well as ensuring quality services are provided in a consistent and compliant manner.

Michael has earned a M.Ed. in Psycho-Educational Processes from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he was born and raised. When he’s not at one of our CIP centers, you can find him enjoying the beach, hiking, and maybe even going on an extreme adventure.
