Leah has worked in the mental health field for 6 years as an Independent Living Program Coordinator, Case manager, and Therapist.
As a Clinician at CIP, Leah helps students receive emotional support, manage life stressors, and achieve their goals by using mindfulness-based strategies and working together collaboratively to build coping skills and break down goals into manageable steps. Leah earned her master’s in Social Work from California State University Monterey Bay and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in June 2021.
When Leah’s not providing therapy services as a Clinician at CIP, you can find her nerding out about plants, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.
