Ed has worked in K-12 Public Education for the past two decades as a teacher, administrator, and college/career director. In these roles, he found his passion for youth advocacy and best classroom practices in working with teens and young adults.
As the Program Director at CIP Bloomington, Ed ensures that students receive the best possible programming, maintains outreach with community partners, and is always looking for new ways to enrich the CIP experience for our families and young adults. Ed received his MBA in Educational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis, his MA from Indiana University, and his BA from Cornell College.
When he isn’t wearing his Program Director hat, you can find Ed golfing or playing video games with his two sons, one of whom has been diagnosed with ASD, as well as trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
