Diana Bell has worked in the fields of education and workforce development, most recently as a special projects coordinator supporting apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs. She brings extensive experience working with diverse learners, developing individualized plans, and supporting young adults as they move toward greater independence. Diana has previously found success coordinating multi-partner programs and helping students navigate transitions across academic, vocational, and real-world environments. She is especially passionate about helping students build confidence, develop independence, and feel supported as they navigate their next steps.
As a Student Advisor at CIP, Diana helps students and their families navigate the transition toward greater independence by providing individualized support, facilitating goal development, and monitoring progress across academic, residential, and vocational areas. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure each student’s program is aligned, structured, and responsive to their unique needs. Diana’s goal is to support students in building confidence, strengthening self-advocacy skills, and successfully applying what they learn across real-world settings. She earned her Master of Arts in Education from California State University, Los Angeles, where she also completed her teaching credential and Bachelor of Arts in English.
When she’s not camping, hiking, and generally enjoying the outdoors, you can find her volunteering her time to animal rescue.
