Belle is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with five years of experience in the mental health field. She previously found success at Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School in Oakland, where she strengthened the school’s counseling program by creating formal processes for its multidisciplinary team. By establishing these concrete structures, she ensured a clear, holistic approach that effectively identified and addressed students’ academic and personal needs. Belle also demonstrated commitment to student well-being by coordinating school-wide events such as Suicide Prevention Month, Mind, Body and Spirit Week, and Mental Health Awareness Month, fostering an environment where conversations about mental health were both normalized and encouraged.
Previously, Belle worked in community mental health clinics providing in-person and telehealth therapy to youth aged 5 to 18. An effective collaborator, she worked closely with families, administrators, teachers, and other professionals to provide high-quality care while meeting rigorous county standards.
Now a Mental Health Therapist at CIP, Belle provides individual therapy focused on enhancing self-esteem, self-awareness, and coping skills, empowering students to advocate for themselves as they transition into the real world. Belle earned her B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and her M.S. in School Counseling from Sacramento State.
When she’s not supporting her students, she enjoys walking her dog, Bowser, watching movies with her husband, or catching up on her latest Kindle read.
