Andrea Della Monica has worked within the field of human services for the past decade, most recently with children and young adults on the autism spectrum. Before working at CIP, Andrea was a clinical coordinator for a residence care facility and provided one-on-one behavioral intervention in home-based programs in Berkshire County.
As a Student Support Specialist, Andrea works to provide daily help to young adults with life skills ranging from meal prep to career counseling. Sometimes the work is helping them transition from place to place, other times the role is more nuanced, such as helping to resolve peer conflicts.
When not active in the CIP community, Andrea enjoys quiet times, such as reading and spending time with her dogs and rescue birds.
