Grace has worked in the field of Youth Development since 2024 as an Outreach Youth Worker and Case Manager. She previously worked at 18 Degrees, a local non-profit agency that provides family services to communities across Western MA. She primarily supported at-risk adolescents in creating youth-driven goals and navigating societal systems through Youth Development Programming.
As the Social Skills Coordinator at CIP, Grace helps students feel more comfortable engaging in social situations by providing opportunities for social skills development and teaching modules related to real-life challenges posed by social encounters. Grace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, MA. She was the Class Council President and earned five minors while in college, which consist of Social Work, Spanish, Social Justice Studies, Health & Society, and American Ethnic Studies.
When she’s not checking in with CIP students and staff or teaching social skills curriculum, you can find her cooking a new Mediterranean dish or playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends!
