Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education from the University of Central Florida. She joined the CIP team as Academic Coordinator in 2008, where she continues to apply her extensive skills and knowledge while embracing opportunities for ongoing learning. In her role, Ryan is passionate about fostering the development of young adults, guiding them through self-reflection, practice, and continuous growth.
Ryan frequently leads national training sessions and presents on topics such as college preparation and executive function development, both in person and through webinars hosted by CIP. Her expertise has been featured in multiple publications, including an article in Multibriefs, and she has authored and contributed to several articles in Autism Spectrum News.
Throughout her tenure at CIP, Ryan has pursued further education, earning certifications in Asperger’s/ASD from Our Lady of Elms College, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Learning Differences and Neurodiversity (LDN), specializing in Executive Function.
Outside of her professional role, Ryan, a third-generation Floridian, resides in Brevard County with her husband and son. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, exploring new foods, volunteering in her community, traveling, and engaging in various outdoor activities.
