Franc-Antonio Crisafulli, B.S.

Frankie brings over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development across a diverse range of industries. He began his career in hospitality through the Walt Disney World Resort College Program, followed by a marketing internship at a major record label while earning his B.S. in Political Science at Marymount Manhattan College in New York.

Entering the field of Business Development, Frankie focused on media licensing in the finance industry, eventually transitioning to STEM education/research publishing. Later, leadership in hospitality took center stage with a role leading U.S. Marketing for a global extended-stay housing provider, successfully navigating the challenges within the travel sector during the pandemic while expanding portfolios of branded properties.

Throughout his career, Frankie has consistently driven market expansion and fostered industry partnerships by employing innovative strategies and thinking beyond conventional boundaries.

As National Marketing Manager at CIP, Frankie implements strategic and creative marketing systems tailored to each Center’s unique needs, driving growth and elevating brand visibility.

With a focus on leveraging data-driven insights and committed to fostering connections that inspire growth, Frankie ensures CIP’s mission reaches and resonates with a wider audience. Aligning innovative strategies with organizational goals, he develops impactful campaigns that engage students, families, and industry professionals.

Originally from New York, Frankie now resides in Long Beach, CA with his wife, daughter, and rescue toy poodle. His days are filled with a variety of passions, from architecture and design to music, film, and long-distance running – though his first loves remain playing baseball and basketball.

With a deep curiosity inherited from his historian father, Frankie has a lifelong love of learning. He also finds fulfillment in giving back as a volunteer running guide and board member for Achilles International’s Los Angeles Chapter, supporting athletes on the autism spectrum or who have visual and physical challenges.
