Wendy Martin has worked in the field of education for 25 years as a researcher and program designer. Before coming to CIP she was a principal research scientist at the Education Development Center where she led projects that focused on collaborating with educators and neurodivergent youth to create engaging educational programming. Her work has been funded by NASA, National Science Foundation and LEGO Foundation. She earned her PhD in Education and Communication from Cornell University.
As Student Advisor Wendy helps students reflect on what they would like to accomplish in their time at CIP, develop plans for success, and share those with their families. She collaborates with students and CIP staff to ensure students have the opportunities and support they need to achieve their goals.
