Matthew Palardy, M.A.

Matthew Palardy has worked in higher education for 15 years and joined CIP as an Academic Coach in 2025. This is his second stint at CIP, having previously worked here as an academic tutor during his first tenure.

As an Academic Coach at CIP, Matthew supports our students with the executive functioning necessary to meet their various academic goals through one-on-one and small-group work, as well as proctoring study halls. He has received a Master of Arts in Catholic Philosophy from St. Bernard’s School of Theology and Ministry in Rochester, N.Y. the 2014-15 academic year. He also worked in Tutorial Services at Berkshire Community College for over a decade.

Outside of work, you can generally find him in his library. Matthew frequently writes brief essays and short stories, mostly for limited circulation, and helps manage global discussion groups. He also serves as a Catholic liturgist, organizing Masses and other liturgical events, and maintains a large correspondence with a cast of very curious characters.
