Matthew Kosiorek, B.A.

Matt Kosiorek brings over a decade of experience to the role of Program Director at CIP Berkshire. Prior to joining the team at CIP Berkshire, Matt held several leadership positions within CIP’s National Office including managing summer programs and conducting development work for new CIP locations under CIP’s Founder, Dr. Michael McManmon.

In his role as Assistant Program Director, Matthew manages the day-to-day operations of The Berkshire Center. He is responsible for supporting program delivery and service quality at the center and works to ensure that all student services and family supports are of the highest quality. He collaborates with each department, providing students with opportunities to learn key skills and have positive outcomes. Matt is passionate about providing a culture that reflects CIP’s Core Values, teamwork, respect, growth, and community.

In his spare time, you can find Matt outdoors in the beautiful Berkshires along with his family as they enjoy snowboarding, camping, fishing, and playing a variety of sports. Matt is an avid fan of all outdoor activities from hiking to surfing. He is also very passionate about the town of Lee and is actively involved by volunteering as a District 1 Town Representative.
