Johnny has worked in the field of autism for nearly ten years. He joined CIP in January 2025 as a Life Skills Coach and currently serves as a Student Advisor. Previously, he provided one-on-one coaching and therapeutic support to an autistic adult in New York City.
As a Student Advisor, Johnny supports students in working toward their personal and academic goals while fostering independence, self-advocacy, and autonomy. He approaches his work through a strengths-based, relational lens, valuing the opportunity to meet students where they are in their individual growth journeys.
Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Master’s degree in Journalism, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Smith College.
Originally from a small mountain town in eastern France, Johnny enjoys spending time outdoors. Outside of CIP, he can often be found trail running and exploring the landscapes of Western Massachusetts.
