Alicia Bourdon, B.A.

Alicia Bourdon has worked in the field of admissions for 4 years at the National Office as a Summer Admissions Coordinator.

She previously found success working as a residential caseworker with at-risk youth at the Key Program. She was also employed as a community outreach worker within the Brien Center Mental Health and Substance Abuse program supporting adults in their recovery.

As a Summer Admissions Coordinator at CIP, Alicia helps families and students with the summer admissions process. Her goal is to provide an opportunity over the summer for hundreds of students to successfully prepare for their next steps; whether it’s attending a college, preparing for the workforce, or learning to live independently. Alicia provides detailed summer program offerings with families, assists with obtaining and reviewing the necessary application documentation, interviews students for all five summer program locations, and provides support to families and staff during the duration of the programs.

Alicia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Westfield State University in Westfield, MA.

When she’s not traveling internationally with her husband, you can find her hiking in the Berkshires or reading a suspense novel.
