CIP’s independent yet supportive living arrangements allow students to experience independence with plenty of support to fall back on

Individualized Instruction

Individualized instruction is provided in meal planning, food preparation, clean up, laundry, apartment maintenance, executive functioning and leisure skills. As skills improve, you can demonstrate the need for less supervision in each area, and take a step toward greater independence.

Furnished Apartments​

CIP students reside in fully furnished apartments conveniently located very close to CIP’s main offices and one another. Students have one to four roommates depending on their apartment. Each student has their own bedroom and a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Independent Living Supports

Develop key competencies in areas such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning, laundry, and the organizational skills to support your success. CIP’s comprehensive transition programs provide independent livings support for young adults with autism, ADHD, and learning differences.
