Alumni Weekend 2024!
Graduated CIP Full-Year Program students are invited to join us for our Fall Alumni Weekends for fun and festive weekend gatherings. Details and registration will be made available on our CIP Alumni Facebook Group closer to each event.

Alumni Weekend Community Guidlines
As distinguished alumni, parents, and/or staff members who are a part of the CIP community, we all hold a responsibility to be positive contributors to the joy and well-being of others and represent ourselves as the outstanding citizens we are in the surrounding community.
The following rules and guidelines will help ensure that everyone has a great experience and that we can continue to grow our alumni efforts and events ongoing:
Eligible CIP alumni are those that are former CIP Full-Year Program students who have successfully completed at least 1 year of CIP’s Full-Year program. Student’s who were withdrawn or otherwise did not complete a full year of the program are not eligible.
BY INVITATION: Please note that CIP-sponsored alumni events are by invitation only and all interested must initially RSVP to indicate their interest in attending. We will then follow up with you with more information and to confirm.
COMMUNITY CODE: We require all alumni show up to show up to CIP sponsored events with the intent to be positive contributors and maintain a high level of respect for all. As a member of our community, you represent CIP, which includes your actions and behaviors at our events, who you associate with, how you interact and behave in tour community and in the large community as a whole.
DRESS CODE: Family and Alumni Weekend event dress code is business casual dress (suggested collared shirts and nice pants, or a collared or non-collared blouse, dress or skirt (at or below the knee), slacks, high heels, dress boots, flats, and modest jewelry and accessories. When you are on your own you are welcome to dress casual, but we do encourage you to look your best!
GUEST POLICY: CIP Alumni weekend is a time for connecting with the CIP community. In order to ensure all are comfortable, we do not recommend outside guests. Significant others and/or parents/guardians are allowed by request. If you would like to request a guest, or have any questions on this policy, please contact us at alumni@cipworldwide.org.
Alumni Weekend FAQs
DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL DAYS? You can attend whatever activities that you wish. We do however encourage you to attend the entire weekend, if possible.
I WANT TO COME BUT CAN’T FIND A RIDE: Start by asking your family or CIP friends, or look into public transportation and/or ride share if you’re comfortable. Again, safety above all else!
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES? The schedule will be finalized and shared on the CIP Alumni Facebook Group a couple weeks in advance on the event. For now, save the date and make your travel and lodging arrangements!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY REGISTRATION? Please be in contact via email below if you are no longer able to attend.
Tips for a GREAT Weekend!
Consider carpooling or sharing lodging with others you know well. This can reduce the cost of attending for all. You’re free to make whatever arrangements you need to. Reach out to others in our CIP Alumni Facebook Group
Be open to new people and things. You may not know everyone, and you may not find all planned activities highly interesting, but you all share a common bond as CIP alumni. Keep an open mind, involve others, and new things as much as you can.
Remember, this is your event. Let’s make it great and above all enjoy reconnecting with old friends and making new ones!
