Courtney Bellissimo, M.S. Edu

Courtney Bellissimo received her Master’s in Education from the University of Miami’s Community and Social Change Program in 2012. After serving at a residential school for students with learning differences, Courtney spent over a decade teaching outdoor education across the country and abroad. After moving to Arizona, she started a non-profit while teaching at an elementary school and most recently was a professor at Arizona State University before joining the CIP team in Brevard!

As a social skills coordinator at CIP, Courtney helps students reach their social goals by supporting relationships, skill-building, and getting out into the community. Courtney has earned her master’s degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She was among the first graduates of the University’s Community and Social Change program.

When Courtney is not building relationships at CIP, you can find her rock climbing or ocean kayaking!
