Kyra has worked in the field of education for the past 3+ years as an academic tutor and as a teaching assistant for college professors. She has also previously found success working with middle and high school students with their academic goals and providing them with resources, informing them of their options for their journeys outside of high school.
As an Academic Coach at CIP, Kyra helps students with their academic goals and gives them the tools they need to succeed in their academic journey by creating study plans, keeping track of their course progress, and ensuring they receive the support they need in their respective courses. Kyra has earned a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from California State University, Monterey Bay. She also attained a minor in data science, which led her to be able to participate in research studies during her undergraduate career.
When she is not working with students on their academic goals, you can find her reading a novel, building Legos, or spending time with friends and family
