Copelan Gammon received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in neuroscience and Spanish from the University of Southern California and further pursued her interest in social sciences and human development through a research fellowship in a developmental psychology laboratory at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Copelan has a decade of experience in tutoring and education and previously found success as a Direct Support Professional and Disability Support and Education Specialist supporting an individual in all areas of life and academics.
As a Student Support Specialist at CIP, Copelan works primarily with the Life Skills and Wellness department to support students in developing independent living skills such as cleaning, cooking, navigating living in shared spaces, and more. She is particularly excited to support students in the area of executive functioning.
In her personal time, Copelan creates art, cooks, plays video games and snuggles with her two cats.
