Stephanie Giardina, M.S.W.

Stephanie has worked in the field of social work for 7 years. Previously, she has worked in the Berkshire Community as an Intensive Care Coordinator, Child Protective Service Case Manager, and has interned as an on-site Crisis Clinician. She has also interned as a Social Mentor, and had worked as a Student Advisor at CIP for 2 years. She has recently accepted the position of CIP Berkshires Social Skills Coordinator.

This position allows Stephanie to teach PEERS curriculum to our students, and carry out social coaching sessions and groups using an interactive and hands-on approach out in the community. Stephanie earned her degree as a Master of Social Work from Westfield State University in 2018 and shortly thereafter obtained her License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

When Stephanie is not in a social coaching session with a student or teaching a PEERS-related module, you can find her visiting with friends and family, hiking locally, or spending time out on the water of the beautiful Berkshire lakes.
