Rebecca Benedict, BSW

Rebecca has worked in the field of social work for the past four years. She has worked with diverse populations such as children and adolescents in residential settings, to coordinating in home services for the Elderly, and has worked for the Department of Developmental Services teaching life skills to young adults.

As a Job Coach at CIP, Rebecca helps to advise students in job search skills, recognizes the need for accommodations, techniques, and different methods of instruction, and tutors students in vocational skills to enhance the students readiness for employment. Rebecca has earned a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Salem State University in Massachusetts, and is currently working towards a Masters of Social Work degree at Westfield State University.

When she’s not helping students reach their highest potential, you can find her spending time with family and friends. She also loves music, going to concerts, traveling, poetry and art.
