Eli Fujita has worked in the advising and student services field for four years. They previously worked with a job training and high school diploma program as a teacher and career counselor, and they have also worked in several summer camps with children and adults of many ages and abilities.
As a Student Advisor at CIP, Eli supports students in achieving their goals of independence by helping them make budgets, tracking their progress through the program, and creating achievable and specific future plans with them. Eli earned their bachelor’s degree in psychology from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA. They have also completed certifications in college and career counseling from UC Berkeley Extension and the National Career Development Association.
In their free time, they enjoy hiking, making art, and playing rules-flexible tabletop RPGs with friends.
