Daphne Soto, M.A.

Daphne holds a Masters of Arts in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. She has nearly 26 years of military experience in the United States Air Force as the Director of Equal Opportunity, a Certified Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediator, an Advisor to the Department of Defense, and various other key leadership positions.

She works with students as a mentor helping them to recognize and achieve their CIP goals while fostering their social skills. Daphne helps to track the progress of the students and coordinates various supports to guide the student through each department: academic, vocational, wellness, social, therapeutic, and life skills to ensure positive outcomes in their daily interactions.

Daphne also owns her own company and serves as a consultant for private practices that provides services to those with learning differences as well as a coach for underprivileged families. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
