Claire Ngoon has worked in Human Resources for 5 years before moving onto teaching yoga full-time in 2017. Claire is now also a self love relationship coach helping students as young as 8 years old to 60 years old on building their self awareness and self esteem to navigate successfully in an unpredictable work, and building a daily life that brings the most fulfillment.
As a Life Skills Coach at CIP, Claire Ngoon devotes herself to helping her students build their self confidence and self worth through supportive, judgement free classes designed to challenge their current way of thinking while moving at the pace they need. Claire has earned her MBA from Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont, CA, and her 200 E-RYT certificaton from the Yoga Alliance in San Francisco, CA.
When she’s not coaching or teaching, she is most likely spending quality time with her fur babies and loved ones (virtually), or enjoying the occasional afternoon nap, reading, cooking, or spending time outdoors.
