CIP Bloomington’s Career Coordinator, Charles Culp has been an advocate for non-profit and community education in Colorado, Tennessee, and Indiana. Charles enjoys making a lasting connection with the students at CIP, and he believes every person has an opportunity to grow and thrive as they discover their passions through the most formative years of their life.
As the Career Coordinator, Charles works to match every student at CIP with the perfect placement. He reaches out to the Bloomington community to find those organizations and businesses that can provide a strong and challenging work environment where employees and interns can mature while discovering a meaningful career path. Charles has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education in the concentrations of Government, Economics, and History from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He writes, paints, and recites poetry when he is not working at CIP, and he is involved in many creative projects within the Bloomington arts community.
Charles has a passion to constantly learn and test himself through new people, projects, and creative ideas. He transfers a lot of his problem solving and coordination experience directly into his work with CIP students as they learn to develop their own goals and work to make them a reality.
