Britany has worked in the field of autism in various positions since 2011. She has worked in group homes, completed internships working with students in a classroom and community setting, and has conducted various social skills intervention groups.
As a Social Skills Coordinator at CIP, Britany helps students gain or strengthen skills in order to accomplish their goals in social situations. Britany has earned her masters degree from California State University, Northridge in Clinical Psychology, and is currently a doctoral student at Indiana University. Her goals at CIP include not only helping the students to successfully navigate social situations and achieve their goals, but to also learn from the students in ways that will help her have success in her graduate program and career.
When she’s not working, you can find her hiking, exploring the outdoors, and trying new restaurants.
