Aricka graduated with a BA in Psychology and is working towards receiving her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through Pepperdine University. Throughout her 8 years of working in the field of Psychology, specializing in Behavioral Analysis, she has been part of numerous organizations to support human development.
On the clock, Aricka is an Advisor who strives to have fun while guiding students through their personal goals and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure all students are supported as best as possible on their journey to independence.
Off the clock, Aricka is typically spending time with her two rabbits, and friends, going on adventures, or all three at the same time.
