Here at the CIP Career Center located in Lee, Massachusetts we are very proud to let all of you know that we have three brave students: Jaclyne Parese, Courtney Ramsdell, and Beth Kemp and their dynamic instructor Mary Ellen Adams embarking on an intensive five week program as Certified Nursing Assistants. Upon completing the course these students will have a leg up in this exciting and in demand occupation as CNA’s, and be eligible to take their state exam.
These students and the instructor are up to there elbows and down to their ankles in homework, tutoring and class time from 9 to 9 every day. What a beautiful sight it is to see such fortitude and determination. It is amazing to see such dedication and commitment from these students, and to see their progress performing the hands-on skills.
Our instructor Mary Ellen Adams busily prepares study guides for these students every night as a reference for them to have when studying for all their exams and hands on testing. No evening play just study, study, study. Upon completion of this program our students will not only be Certified Nursing Assistants but they will also have their certification in Alzheimer Care, Clinical Care, and Infection Control for Assisted Living Facilities. Regardless of certification I say we give these four people a big round of applause for all their hard work and effort.
