Paul Rubin was raised in Texas. After moving to California to be with his wife, he attended the Wright Institute and received his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
Before school, he worked with children on the autism spectrum using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the children’s schools and homes. While in graduate school, Paul interned at a homeless shelter, a private clinic setting, and a health community clinic.
Additionally, he has also worked at CIP as a social mentor for two years before becoming a student advisor. Paul is married to his wife, Jenn, and has a spry ruby King Charle’s Cavalier Spaniel, named Harold. In his spare time, Paul enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, going on hikes, and spending time with friends and family.
