Michael Noel brings eight years of experience in human services combined with twelve years of higher education leadership and a background in training and organizational development.
Michael previously served as the Southern California Regional Director of Student Services for a large university. He was responsible for leadership of four university campuses and the Dean of Student Affairs in Los Angeles.
Michael completed his Bachelor’s degree at Pennsylvania State University in Behavioral Science. His experience in leadership and passion for education led him to complete a Master’s of Education degree in Psycho-Educational Processes from Temple University. After earning his Master’s degree, Michael moved into higher education as a program director for a technical college. With a desire to apply and expand his training in Psycho-Education, he moved to Florida and opened a consulting business in organizational development.
He is an active member in the Los Angeles Association for Training and Development. He enjoys traveling, theater and music performances, biking, beach volleyball, and dabbling in hitting the waves with a surfboard.
