By Yasin Johnson, CIP Berkeley Residential Coordinator
The CIP Berkeley Center had another amazing Spring Break in Hawaii this year. From sightseeing in beautiful downtown Waikiki to ATV riding in the luscious green mountain region of O’ahu.
Other activities included parasailing, a tour of Pearl Harbor, surfing, and extreme boat riding. Besides tours and activities, students also enjoyed some of Hawaii’s foods and native culture. Pineapples, roasted Hawaiian chicken, lays, music, dance and art are just some of the culture and foods that our students experienced. There was no shortage of Hawaiian culture that was not dabbled in.
Overall, everyone did well and had a wonderful time. Talk and has already begun about possible locations for next year. Aloha!
