– Joan Williamson, Former CIP Brevard Program Director
Tiffany Roeder was the first person Michael McManmon, founder of CIP, hired when he opened the Bloomington Center nine years ago. Through the years she served as interim Life Skills Coordinator, Interim Advisor, and Academic Tutor. Over the last five years she has been our Medications Coordinator and Scheduler. One thing I’ve always appreciated about Tiffany is her careful attention to details while still holding on to the center’s greater vision. I see this quality reflected in the way she relates to students, coaching them through the details of their lives while recognizing and appreciating their greatest strengths and personal visions. Tiffany tries to focus in on what’s good and positive whether it’s with students, coworkers, or working through a tough situation. Her top character strength is “Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence”. It has been through her gentle expression of this strength that I have learned the most from her. Thank you Tiffany for your heartfelt work and for helping to keep our center grounded in a growth mindset.
